Orakl Oncology seeks a Senior Data Scientist to own the wet-lab data chain from raw instrument outputs to processing pipelines. You will shape the canonical data model, build validated, analysis-ready datasets, and maintain production-grade code for scientists and downstream teams.

Qualifications

• Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Bioengineering, or related quantitative field.
• 3+ years as a data scientist, with a proven track record of shipping and maintaining Python code in production.
• Strong hacker and tinkerer mindset; you like building things that have a real world effects.
• Excellent proficiency in Python and SQL, with solid data-engineering skills: pipelines, orchestration, version control, testing/CI, observability.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and data-storage best practices.

Responsabilités

• Own the lab-based data generation pipelines: enable data transfer from lab to the cloud and productionize readouts.
• Facilitate lab operations: build/maintain tools to accelerate scientists' work.
• Define and own the canonical data model: create a unified model across modalities.
• Design and own data quality pipeline: QC at transfer, feedback loops for error detection.
• Support lab initiatives: automation and experimental tooling development.
• Drive operational efficiency: optimize wet-lab work and research delivery.
