Scibids Technology SAS is seeking a Sr. Data Scientist II to shape and strengthen DV Scibids bidding algorithms in Paris.

You will drive automation, translate unaddressed business cases into scalable enhancements, and combine statistical rigor with practical execution to impact our platform. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in data science with Python/C++, strong automation instincts, and a track record of delivering production ML solutions within a DV-like advertising context.

Qualifications

• MS degree in applied mathematics or data science (statistics/ops research).
• 4+ years of professional data science experience with Python and C++.
• Passion for automation and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects end-to-end from PoC to production deployment and monitoring.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews and share best practices.
• Work with massive datasets (billions of impressions/month) and millions of variables.
• Solve non-routine analysis problems not covered by off-the-shelf ML solvers.
• Tackle scaling/engineering challenges as thousands of ML models run daily.
• Collaborate with commercial and customer success to identify new algorithms or improvements.
• Identify and automate repetitive processes, developing AI routines instead of relying on human heuristics.
