The Job Description

You are a Senior Java Developer familiar with large-scale enterprise applications architecture and development using Java, Spring, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB. You will be assigned with creating cutting edge Open Source ethical products for collaboration and communication (improving and conceiving integral parts of Linagora’s flagship product – Twake Workplace). You will be one of the great open-minded professionals organized into the agile team where you can realize your full potential, be independent and involved, take responsibility, and grow together with the product and the company.

Your Mission

• Design the software architecture for new features;
• Ensure the maintainability of the product through rigorous monitoring of all contributions to the project: code review, consistency, and homogeneity of developments, unit tests;
• Contribute to the work of integration, testing, and deployment of the solution;
• Participate in the life of an Agile team (daily, demo, retrospectives, sprint planning, grooming, etc.);
• Share your experience internally and externally;

Your Profile

• 7+ years of experience with Java;
• Experience with Spring, Spring Data, Spring Security;
• Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL;
• Experience with building and supporting mission-critical large-scale robust systems;
• Strong analytical skills. Ability to grasp complex technical concepts and tie the impact of trade-offs to product goals;
• Ability to communicate in English (both written and spoken);
• Experience with databases or distributed systems is a plus;
• Soft skills: open-minded, clever, eager to learn and share;
