DATA4 is seeking a highly motivated Data Center Electrical Lead to join the Design & Engineering department. This transversal role oversees all electrical aspects of data center design and construction, providing technical leadership, owning the baseline electrical product, and ensuring smooth implementation across Data4 assets.

You will lead conceptual and detailed designs, collaborate with IT and facilities, and push for innovative, sustainable electrical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with professional experience in data center design and construction.
• Minimum 7+ years leading electrical design projects for critical infrastructure.
• English: fluent; able to communicate with international stakeholders.
• Experience in power distribution, backup systems, and DCIM software is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own electrical systems design for Data4 baseline data centres and develop conceptual/detailed designs.
• Lead project execution, ensuring timelines, budgets and baselines are met.
• Provide technical leadership and cross‑discipline collaboration with IT, facilities and contractors.
• Represent Data4 in technical meetings and drive continuous improvement of electrical systems.
• Analyze power needs for efficiency, reliability, and sustainability across assets.
