FARFETCH is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join the Product Analytics team. You will champion data governance and build scalable data models while delivering insights for our tech products.

The role emphasizes self-service analytics, robust reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with Data Engineering and business stakeholders. You will mentor on SQL optimization, dimensional modeling, and BI best practices, leveraging Power BI and Azure Databricks in a global luxury resale environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Analytics Engineering, or Business Intelligence with a track record of improving data infrastructure and performance.
• Expert-level SQL skills and extensive experience with Power BI (DAX optimization and semantic models) and cloud data platforms like Azure (Databricks). Hands-on experience with dbt and Google BigQuery is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Centralize decentralized business logic and push into centralized, well-documented data models.
• Provide vertical power users with a clean, highly performant, governed data foundation for self-service reporting.
• Drive data governance across the self-service ecosystem ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Mentor on SQL optimization, dimensional modeling, and BI best practices.
• Deliver and evolve core product analytics reports and provide in-depth analytics for tech products.
