Nebesta is on a mission to use AI to automate the $500 billion customer service industry with true AI agents that don’t just answer FAQ questions, but can automate complex processes, autonomously use back-office tools, all while being safe, accurate, and easy to set up.
We recently raised an important seed round from investors including Serena, Motier Ventures (Galeries Lafayette, La Redoute), Xavier Niel, Freestyle (US-based), Michaël Benabou (Veepee), and notable business angels, including founders of Bn€ start-ups in France & Germany (Alan, Car-on-Sale, Ankorstore, etc.) and former BPO executives.
We are based in Paris, with offices in the 9th arrondissement, but we welcome applicants from all over Europe as our Data & Engineering team will operate remotely.
