Databricks is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to build and productionize data and AI solutions for customers. You will own architecture, lead design decisions, and implement end-to-end systems spanning data engineering, AI, and application development.

Travel up to 20% may be required as you work with enterprise clients globally. The ideal candidate blends engineering expertise with customer empathy, capable of delivering production-grade references, integrations, and scalable data

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in data engineering and analytics.
• Working knowledge of two or more Cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Deep experience with distributed computing using Apache Spark.
• Strong ability to deliver production-grade data solutions for enterprise customers.

Responsabilités

• Lead production solution delivery by designing reference architectures and data pipelines.
• Guide transformational big data projects from design to deployment and adoption.
• Mentor customers on architecture and best practices, ensuring secure, scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and client teams to meet delivery goals.
• Embed with customer teams to understand challenges and deliver measurable impact.
• Contribute accelerators and reusable assets to scale engagements.
