Job summary

FullEnrich is looking for a Cybersecurity Manager to own security, compliance, and corporate IT as the first dedicated security hire. This remote Europe role partners with Engineering and leadership to implement scalable controls protecting customer data and the product.

You will drive SOC 2 and ISO 27001 programs, manage audits, and lead privacy operations, with a focus on enabling enterprise customers to move through security reviews confidently.

Qualifications

• Proven experience owning a security and compliance program end to end, including SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certification.
• Hands-on corporate IT security experience (MDM, identity providers, SSO/SCIM, SaaS access controls).
• Strong knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, cross-border transfers) and risk management.
• Ability to partner with Engineering to identify risks and implement practical controls.
• Excellent communication skills in English with auditors and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve our security posture with engineering-aligned controls.
• Lead vulnerability management, including testing, disclosure, and remediation tracking.
• Develop and maintain a scalable security and privacy program across the business.
• Oversee security governance, risk assessments, incident response readiness, and policies.
• Manage corporate IT security, identity management, onboarding/offboarding, and device security.
• Coordinate privacy operations, data processing agreements, and cross-border transfers.
• Prepare customer-facing security due diligence materials and support enterprise reviews.
