Our Customer Success Team plays a vital role in this mission, supporting clients in leveraging our research approaches and technology effectively. We are seeking a talented Senior Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) with a market research background to join our team in France.

As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will support a portfolio of clients, acting as a trusted advisor to help them generate and utilize consumer and shopper insights to meet their business objectives. Your responsibilities include managing the entire client lifecycle—from proposal development to results presentation—ensuring clients understand and maximize our products. You will also serve as a strategic advisor to foster growth through guidance and support, proactively gather feedback, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve our offerings.

What you'll be doing:

  • Serve as the primary contact and advisor for a portfolio of clients, maintaining strong relationships through support and regular check-ins (e.g., QBRs).
  • Understand clients' business challenges and help resolve them using market and consumer research; provide strategic guidance on leveraging insights.
  • Conduct client workshops and training on modern research methods to empower clients to utilize insights effectively.
  • Manage research projects end-to-end, ensuring timely survey launches, results delivery, and optimal use of research budgets.
  • Manage renewals, upselling, cross-selling, and subscription extensions by identifying growth opportunities and applying strategic account planning.
  • Identify and work on expansion opportunities, collaborating with sales to raise awareness of the value of insights within client organizations.

You will thrive in this role if:

  • You hold a degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Market Research, or a related field.
  • You have a background in market research.
  • You possess at least 7 years of experience supporting and consulting B2B clients, preferably in SaaS, management consulting, or advertising/communications.
  • You are experienced in dynamic, interactive environments.
  • You are driven and want to help take Appinio to new heights, revolutionizing the industry.
  • You are proficient in French (C2) and English (C1).
  • You bring a pragmatic, proactive, and hands-on approach.
  • You are an active listener who communicates purposefully and confidently.

Success in this role will be measured by:

  • Utilization of purchased research capacity.
  • Upsell and cross-sell success.
