Your mission as a Senior Customer Success Manager / Directeur·rice de Clientèle – France (m/f/d)

As Appinio continues to revolutionize and conquer the market research industry, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences to our clients. Our Customer Success Team plays a fundamental role in this mission, supporting clients in leveraging our market research approaches and technology. We are seeking a talented Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team in France.

As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will support a portfolio of clients, act as a trusted advisor, and enable them to generate and utilize consumer and shopper insights to achieve their business goals. You will manage projects from proposal to presentation, ensuring clients understand and maximize our products. Your role includes acting as a strategic advisor to foster growth and proactively gathering feedback to improve our offerings.

What you’ll be doing
  1. Serve as the primary contact and advisor for clients, maintaining strong relationships through support and regular check-ins (e.g., QBRs).
  2. Understand clients’ business challenges and help resolve them using market and consumer research; provide strategic guidance on leveraging insights.
  3. Conduct workshops and training to educate clients on modern research methods and industry-specific insights.
  4. Manage research projects end-to-end, ensuring efficient survey launches, timely results, and optimal budget use.
  5. Handle renewals, cross-sells, up-sells, and subscription extensions by identifying opportunities and applying strategic account planning.
  6. Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with sales to promote the value of insights across organizations.
You will thrive in this role if
  1. You hold a degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Market Research, or a related field.
  2. You have a background in market research.
  3. You have 5–7 years of experience supporting and consulting B2B customers, ideally in SaaS, management consulting, or advertising/communications.
  4. You are experienced in dynamic, interactive environments.
  5. You are driven and aspire to elevate Appinio and revolutionize the industry.
  6. You are proficient in French (C2) and English (C1).
  7. You bring a hands-on, pragmatic, and proactive approach.
  8. You are an active listener, communicating purposefully and confidently.
Success in this role will be measured by:
  1. Utilization of research capacity.
  2. Client retention and revenue growth.
  3. Upsell and cross-sell success.
  4. Client engagement and platform adoption.
