We are currently seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join our diverse and dynamic team in France. As a Senior CRA for ICON, you will oversee and manage clinical trial activities, ensuring compliance with protocols, regulatory standards, and industry guidelines. Your role will contribute to the success of clinical trials by maintaining data integrity, participant safety, and adherence throughout the study lifecycle.

This CRA role is sponsor dedicated and multi-therapy.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Monitoring clinical trial sites to ensure adherence to study protocols, regulatory requirements, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards.
• Conducting site visits to assess performance, resolve issues, and support successful trial execution.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams for timely and accurate data collection and reporting.
• Providing training and guidance to site staff and other CRAs to uphold high standards of trial conduct.
• Building and maintaining effective relationships with site personnel and stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.

Your Profile:

• Advanced degree in life sciences, nursing, medicine, or related fields.
• Extensive experience as a Clinical Research Associate with a solid understanding of clinical trial processes and regulations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple sites and projects with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in monitoring practices, data integrity, site management, and proficiency with clinical trial software and tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and ensure compliance in a complex environment.
