Position: Senior Contracts Specialist

Location: Research Triangle Park, NC or Philadelphia, PA (Remote options considered)

Duration: 6 months with potential extension

Rate: $45/hr to $48/hr on W2

Responsibilities:

• Review, negotiate, and manage clinical trial agreements and other contracts
• Collaborate with clinical operations, legal, and other teams
• Ensure compliance with policies and SOPs
• Utilize contract management systems for tracking and reporting
• Support entity formation, maintenance, and legal operational needs

Qualifications:

• BSc in science, business, or related field with 5+ years in legal or contracting roles
• Experience with clinical trial agreements, vendor contracts, and global contracting, especially in the EU and Canada
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Paralegal certification is a plus
