Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Contract Manager to join our France-based team. You will provide EMEA‑level contract negotiation and administration for multiple projects within the data centre sector, ensuring governance, compliance, and timely execution across diverse stakeholders.

The role requires a degree in a related field and proven experience in contract management, procurement, and supplier negotiations, with Fluent English and French.

Competenze

• Degree in Law, Business, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in contract administration, contract management, procurement, or commercial management within complex construction projects.
• Strong understanding of contract law and the commercial implications of contractual clauses.
• Demonstrated experience reviewing, negotiating, and administering supplier and service agreements.
• Proven capability in navigating complex supplier negotiations and managing cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of procurement and tendering processes.
• Excellent written communication skills and a high level of personal organisation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, international environment.
• Experience supporting contract compliance and jurisdiction‑specific requirements.
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Provide EMEA wide administration support and project‑level contractual expertise.
• Attend project kick‑off meetings where contractual support is required.
• Ensure contract intake processes are completed by project teams.
• Identify whether vendors have governing agreements and provide tailored advice.
• Review contract amendments against requirements and best practice.
• Lead negotiations with vendor commercial and legal representatives.
• Maintain up‑to‑date tracker of contracts being negotiated.
• Attend weekly procurement calls and escalate unresolved issues.
• Support stakeholders by explaining contract deviations during tender analysis.
• Manage jurisdictional nuance and compliance requirements.
• Review change orders in line with SLAs.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members.
• Create and update guidance documentation on site‑level contract administration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop reporting templates and performance metrics.
