Anotech is seeking a Senior Contract Engineer Offshore to support contractual negotiations, claims management, and contract administration on a large-scale offshore project.

You will review contractor claims, draft correspondence in English and French, and advise project teams on contractual risks across design, procurement, and installation.

Qualifications

• Between 7 and 10 years of experience in Contract Management, Contract Engineering or Commercial Project Management.
• Proven experience in Offshore, Marine Construction, Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy or Subsea projects.
• Strong background managing EPC or EPCIC contracts during project execution.
• Experience working on offshore platforms, offshore substations, FPSO, FLNG or similar industrial projects.
• Exposure to Detailed Design, Construction, Transportation & Installation (T&I), Certification and Commissioning phases.

Responsabilités

• Participate in contractual and commercial meetings with suppliers and stakeholders.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of contract management processes.

Join Anotech as a Senior Contract Engineer Offshore and contribute to the successful delivery of a large-scale offshore project. You will support contractual negotiations, claims management, and contract administration throughout project execution.

Key Responsibilities

As part of the Contract Management team, your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and analyzing contractor claims, notifications and change requests
• Assessing contractual entitlement as well as associated cost and schedule impacts
• Supporting the preparation of negotiation strategies and commercial discussions
• Drafting contractual correspondence, notices, amendments and contract modifications in both English and French
• Maintaining contract registers and ensuring proper contractual document management
• Supporting invoice reviews and contract administration activities
• Advising project teams on contractual matters and contract interpretation
• Participating in contractual and commercial meetings with suppliers and stakeholders
• Supporting the identification and mitigation of contractual risks
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of contract management processes and practices

Profile Required

• Between 7 and 10 years of experience in Contract Management, Contract Engineering or Commercial Project Management
• Proven experience in Offshore, Marine Construction, Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy or Subsea projects
• Strong background managing EPC or EPCIC contracts during project execution
• Experience working on offshore platforms, offshore substations, FPSO, FLNG or similar industrial projects

Skills

• Strong expertise in Contract Administration and Change Management
• Experience managing claims and contractual disputes prevention
• Ability to identify contractual risks and support project stakeholders in decision-making
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of French contract law is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international project environment

Languages

• Fluent French
• Professional English (mandatory)
