We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our growing Professional Services team in Europe.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong project management expertise and will either : - Have consulting / customer-facing experience, together with experience of implementing data-driven cloud solutions.- Or, possess a deep knowledge and experience of Quality business process knowledge within the Consumer Products, Food & Beverages, or Chemical industries; and be looking to take on the new challenge of working with market leading cloud-based Quality software solutions.
As a Professional Services Senior Consultant, you will be working within project teams to implement Veeva Quality solutions for our customers. You will be contributing firsthand towards transforming the way our customers collect, maintain, and distribute business critical processes and documentation.
You will be encouraged to share your ideas and to work with other Veeva team members to innovate and refine our internal processes, collaborate with our Product Development team, and enhance our delivery model to meet the ever-changing needs of our customers and their industries.
Opportunities are available across the EU for this role.
This is a remote, full-time permanent role with Veeva. This is a customer-facing role and we have no work location requirement, as long as you are in close proximity to an airport and able to meet future travel requirements. Short visits to customer sites in Europe are very likely.
What You'll Do
- Implement Veeva Quality solutions for our large CPG, F&B, Chemical customers, as a key member of our dynamic project teams
- Conduct / Participate in workshops, gather system requirements, design, configure, and validate Veeva solutions
- Work closely with customers’ business and IT stakeholders to design a solution that adheres to industry’s best practices and aligns to customer needs
- Support customer success from the beginning to the end of the engagement
- Be responsible for project management activities such as timeline and resource planning, leading cross-functional teams, and budget tracking & forecasting
- Manage communication between the project team, customer, partners and internal stakeholders
- Act as Service Delivery Lead supporting other project managers in preparing and leading governance meetings, and managing project escalation
- Continue to expand and develop industry knowledge to enhance our delivery model to meet the changing business needs of Veeva and our customers
- Provide insight and recommendations to improve our technology and work closely with our Product team to ensure the best solutions for our customers

Requirements
8+ years’ experience in an engineer type role working in consultancy or the industry5+ years’ experience of supporting the implementation, design, and / or administration of data / document management solutions within the Consumer Products, Food & Beverages or Chemical industriesOr, 5+ years’ experience of business Quality, Regulatory or EHS, processes within the Consumer Products, Food & Beverages or Chemical industries3+ years’ experience in project management, managing strategic projects. Ideally in software implementation with an expertise in worldwide deploymentProven ability to manage diverse customers and / or stakeholders, and ensure project delivery to a high degree of satisfactionExcellent communication skills, confident and articulate in interacting with senior stakeholdersAbility to quickly understand customer requirements and create corresponding solution designsSelf-starter and motivated individual with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environmentGeneral understanding of compliance and computer systems validation requirements4-year Degree or equivalent work experience requiredFlexibility to travel (minimum 2 days per month)Fluency in EnglishThis is a remote, full-time role with Veeva.
