As a Senior Consultant for Veeva Systems, you will participate in and lead business process due diligence, design, creation, and documentation of end-user requirements for new and existing customer CRM application implementation projects with pharma and consumer health organizations. You will assist in the on-time, high-quality delivery of Veeva Systems solution implementations built on the Vault platform, taking leading roles such as Project Manager, Lead Solution Architect, or PO/Business Analyst. Additionally, you will manage migrations of Veeva customer environments from the SFDC platform to the Veeva Vault platform. Domestic and international travel will be required.

What You'll Do

• Participate in one or multiple Veeva product implementation or migration projects, autonomously covering assigned roles (e.g., project manager, functional analyst, solution architect, stream lead).
• Lead client workshops and meetings independently, demonstrating excellent communication and negotiation skills in required languages.
• Provide Subject Matter Expertise to customers and partners, offering guidelines and best practices, and explaining complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Collaborate proactively on internal initiatives and projects.
• Coach Consultants or Junior resources, leading by example and providing necessary support.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technology implementation projects in roles such as Project Manager, Functional Analyst, Solution Architect, or Product Owner.
• 2+ years of CRM implementation experience.
• Experience working with Pharmaceutical, Consumer Health, or Medical Device organizations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Able to travel approximately 15%.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

• Certifications and implementation experience.
• Veeva certification and implementation experience.
