Role Overview

We are seeking a senior technical point of contact responsible for the implementation of multiple supply chain software solutions. The role involves providing senior-level design for client-specific enhancements, proactively troubleshooting and resolving issues during implementation, and maintaining the project issues list, including prioritization. The candidate will work closely with customers to test and implement interfaces between Manhattan products or external systems and collaborate with the customer project team during configuration, testing, training, and deployment.

Minimum Requirements

• Master's Degree or foreign equivalent in computer science, engineering, business, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing role within a supply chain or software organization
• Up to 50% travel required

Division-Specific Requirements

TMS - TLM (Transportation Lifecycle Management) & EEM (Extended Enterprise Management): 3 years of consulting experience in transportation.

WMOS, WMi, DFIO, OLM, TCS, SCALE, OptiSuite (Supply Chain Solutions): 1 year of experience with database troubleshooting (SQL) and 3 years of software deployment experience.

SCI (Supply Chain Intelligence), PSS (Supply Chain Solutions): 3 years of software deployment experience.
