As part of the Concentrix Consulting team, you'll play a key role in transforming customer experiences alongside top talent.

Concentrix is seeking a Senior Customer Experience Consultant to support its growth in France and EMEA. Reporting to a Senior Manager, you'll contribute to our expanding team.

Responsibilities

  • Support clients in transforming their Client Operations, including defining and redesigning customer strategies, benchmarking, and strategic studies.
  • Define and optimize omnichannel customer journeys.
  • Manage relational devices and support the launch of new channels like chat, video, and bots.
  • Define outsourcing strategies.
  • Optimize operational models for excellence, productivity, and commercial performance.
  • Redesign and optimize customer acquisition systems.
  • Implement Voice of the Customer programs.
  • Contribute to business development activities, including industry events and firm visibility actions.
  • Participate in internal transformation projects and client account growth within the Webhelp group.

Profile

  • Master's degree (Bac +5) from a major business school with 2-3 years of experience in management or strategy consulting.
  • Experience in customer experience topics is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Experience in retail or travel industries, or CX tech projects, is advantageous.
  • Strong interest in customer experience issues.
  • Analytical skills, rigor, and excellent communication skills.
  • Curiosity, storytelling ability, and structured thinking.
  • Appreciation for agility and risk-taking.
