Context: As a senior Salesforce functional consultant, you will lead functional streams in complex Salesforce engagements and guide the implementation team through transformative projects. You should understand business challenges and processes deeply and leverage your Salesforce expertise to map requirements to the platform, adhering to Salesforce best practices.

Who you are: You are a Salesforce enthusiast with at least 5 years of experience, proficient in modules such as Manufacturing Cloud (desired), Sales, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud. You hold at least two Salesforce certifications, are experienced in international contexts, and passionate about digital transformation. You are a good listener, capable of managing stakeholder discussions, and comfortable with ambiguity, multitasking, and shifting priorities. You are empathetic, accountable, and maintain good relationships with clients and team members. You have a deep understanding of Salesforce technology and can align business requirements with platform capabilities.

What you will do: Facilitate and lead functional workshops, manage requirements backlog, collaborate with solution architects, and document functional solutions. Guide implementation teams, follow-up during development, design data migration and integration strategies, conduct demos, lead quality assurance, review training materials, and manage the functional stream within an Agile framework.
