Alpha Financial Markets Consulting (Alpha FMC) is seeking a France-based consultant to join our Asset Management practice in Paris. You will lead and support consulting engagements for top asset managers, focusing on operating models, process improvements and IT solutions.

The role requires 2+ years in consulting, fluent French and English, and strong client relationship skills. You will work with cross-border teams, travel as needed, and contribute to developing our practice in France.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of consulting experience in financial services
• Experience with Target Operating Models, business processes and/or IT solutions
• Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
• Proven client relationship development and stakeholder influence
• Fluent French and English (C1+); eligible to work in France

Responsabilités

• Carry out consulting engagements or manage projects for prestige Asset Management clients (Asset Managers, Private Banks, Investor Services) in areas like MO, operating models, process evolution and digital transformation

Role Responsibilities:

Based in France, you will carry out consulting engagements or manage projects for prestigious clients, leaders in Asset Management (Asset Managers, Private Banks, Investor Services Providers) in areas including

Role Requirements (Skills, Experience and Qualifications)

• A minimum of 2+ years proven experience in consulting or projects, gained within a leading financial institution or consulting firm
• Experience of projects engaged on Target Operating Model, business processes and/or IT solutions in some of the following areas: Distribution, CRM, Portfolio management & Risk management, Middle & Back Office processes and outsourcing
• An understanding of market trends, drivers and outlook of the Asset and Wealth Management market
• First-class communication, presentation and problem-solving skills with an excellent command of Microsoft Office
• Proven track record in client relationship development. This should include examples of client account support/management and preferably geared towards supporting business development/sales initiatives
• Stakeholder management and influencing skills – with both clients, colleagues and junior team members
• Focus on team achievement, not just individual goals
• Strong academic background from a top-ranking business school or engineering school
• Fluency in French and English is required (at C1+ level)
• Eligible to work in France
