Qualifications

Purchasing 4.0 : Fully Digitized & Networked?

Onventis is a fast-growing B2B software company that streamlines companies' financial processes. With an intuitive platform that supports everything from the purchasing organization’s interaction with suppliers to all company purchases, combined with automated invoice processing, Onventis has become a valued partner in medium and large companies' efforts to digitise their own operations. Onventis is growing rapidly and is now establishing operations in France. The team now needs to be expanded with a driven (Senior) Consultant based in Paris. If you want to be part of the growth journey that Onventis is on, you will certainly have experience in B2B consulting and find it challenging to help companies run their business in a better way. You will work closely with the Head of Consulting in an international environment, providing creative and solution-oriented advice. The role will suit someone who has a few years' experience and breadth in Consulting and wants to work for a fast-growing and entrepreneurial company. Together we will continue to strengthen Onventis' position as the smartest player for medium and large companies in our markets.

Responsibilities

• Consulting our customers in the implementation of our software solutions
• Analysis of business processes and identification of optimization potentials
• Conducting workshops and training sessions at our customers' sites / remote
• Development of customized concepts for the implementation of customer requirements
• Close cooperation with our Sales and Product Development team
• Dedicated existing customer support (Key Account Consulting)

Your Profile

• Completed studies in business administration, business informatics or comparable
• Professional experience in Consulting companies in the area of purchasing and procurement or finance
• Methodological knowledge and experience in the area of multi-project management
• Knowledge and experience in software projects, process design and technical process integration desirable
• Confident handling of common office applications
• Business fluent in spoken & written French & English
• Ability to work in a team and excellent communication skills
