Tokio Marine HCC is seeking a senior compliance officer to support and advise on insurance distribution, product governance, and conduct risk from Paris or Barcelona. You will engage with stakeholders, produce high-quality regulatory reporting, and contribute to training modules with the Legal & Compliance teams.

The role requires strong knowledge of EU regulatory frameworks and an ability to drive compliance culture across the TMHCC network.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience of the Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) and European conduct risk regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of European insurance wording and financial promotion requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsabilités

• Ensure compliance with conduct risk and product governance across distribution.
• Produce annual Product Risk Assessments and updates for new products or changes.
• Develop Management Information for Conduct Risk for committees (PGDC).
• Review customer-facing wording to meet regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and update Policies and Distribution Framework procedures.
