Job summary

Kroll is seeking a Vice President or Senior Associate for its FSCR practice in Paris, focusing on regulatory authorisations, registrations, audits and ongoing outsourced compliance support for asset managers, PE firms and regulated financial services clients.

The role demands strong client service, fluent English and French, and deep knowledge of capital markets regulation. A hybrid Paris office environment complements international exposure within One Team, One Kroll.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a financial institution or consultancy firm.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and French.
• Strong client service mindset and ability to build relationships.
• Detailed knowledge of asset management and investment banks regulations.

Responsibilities

• Implement tailored solutions including procedures, risk maps, control notes for clients.
• Monitor regulatory developments via training, meetings and supervisory notes.
• Engage with national and international regulators and professional associations.
• Prepare responses to tenders and training materials for colleagues and clients.
• Support development and upkeep of internal CRC France tools.
• Gather and analyze information for controls to formalize.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver compliant results.
