About the role:

We are offering a position for a Compensation Specialist to join our People team. If you have experience managing human resources in a challenging environment and want to build a first-class People organization, we want to hear from you!

YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT):
  1. Report to the Lead Total Rewards and manage international compensation.
  2. Develop and implement innovative compensation strategies.
  3. Oversee the yearly compensation review process globally, including automation and optimization.
  4. Manage global bonus payout processes.
  5. Handle equity attributions, tools, and exercise processes.
  6. Co-create first BSI/Individual Compensation and Benefits supporting documents.
  7. Ensure internal equity and competitiveness.
  8. Maintain and update compensation ranges according to company philosophy.
  9. Support People partners and Talent Acquisition with compensation questions and offers.
  10. Participate in salary surveys and provide benchmarking data.
  11. Contribute to global projects like benefits setup, budget planning, and analysis.
YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF:
  1. You have at least 3 years of experience in Compensation and in-depth knowledge of C&B practices.
  2. You have worked in a fast-growing, international environment.
  3. You are structured, detail-oriented, and accurate with data.
  4. Excel/Google Sheets are your strong suits.
  5. You communicate effectively and simplify complex concepts.
  6. You are enthusiastic and a team player!
  7. Fluent in English.
