Within the HR Department in an international environment and reporting to the VP C&B, you will be supporting the C&B team on different topics in the following areas:
MISSIONS
- Develop and implement global compensation policies aligned with company business objectives, market trends, and pay equity goals.
- Responsible for overseeing salary structures, incentives programs, and annual compensation review process including merit increases, promotions, and bonus calculations.
- Lead salary and compensation benchmarking and market surveys; compile and analyze national statistics, market forecasts, and trends.
- Provide insight and ad-hoc analysis (specific reporting or projects).
- Be Workday (HRIS) key partner: responsible for maintaining accurate compensation, benefits, and other reward data in the system.
- Partner with internal HR development team and communication team to ensure reward programs are effectively communicated through regions and entities.

- Lawyers, banks, and external providers & consultants
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 to 7 years experience in a similar role
- Strong capacity to analyze, understand, and interpret data.
- Strong sense of ethics and confidentiality.
- Structured and rigorous approach.
- Understanding of payroll and financial processes.
- Ability to communicate technical matters in simple terms and to recommend concrete action plans to HR community and management.
- Team and collaborative mindset.
Technical Skills
- MS Office (Advanced level of Excel)
- Workday knowledge would be appreciated.
