SodaStream, a PepsiCo company, is seeking a Senior Commercial Strategy Analyst to elevate our commercial capabilities across South Europe. Based in Carquefou, France, you will partner with markets to translate insights into actionable strategies that drive growth across multiple channels.

You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Category teams, driving demand acceleration and ensuring best-in-class retail execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Commercial Strategy, Category Management, Customer Development, Sales, Trade Marketing, Revenue Growth Management or similar commercial functions within FMCG or Consumer Goods.
• Proven track record of driving commercial growth, business performance and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience partnering with commercial teams and influencing stakeholders across multiple markets.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and shopper insights into practical commercial actions.

Responsabilités

• Partner with local commercial teams across South Europe to identify growth opportunities and support market-specific commercial strategies.
• Develop and execute demand acceleration initiatives that strengthen performance across multiple retail channels.
• Translate shopper insights, category opportunities and market data into actionable recommendations that support business growth.
• Build compelling category growth stories that create value for SodaStream and our retail partners.
• Define and implement Perfect Store standards across physical and digital retail environments.
• Drive excellence in product visibility, availability and execution at the point of sale.
• Monitor commercial KPIs, identify performance gaps and recommend improvement actions.
• Support markets in implementing best practices that improve commercial execution and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing, Revenue Growth Management and Category teams to align priorities.
• Partner with global Demand Acceleration teams to share best practices and strengthen capabilities across the Cluster.
