Johnson & Johnson MedTech recherche un Commercial Compliance Senior pour superviser les demandes de conformité et les aspects administratifs au quotidien. Vous serez rattaché au département Compliance et collaborerez avec les équipes JJVC France pour les événements et les formations.

Le poste nécessite des compétences en gestion documentaire, communication et organisation, avec un focus sur la protection des données et les procédures internes.

Qualifications

• Responsabilités quotidiennes de conformité et procédures administratives.
• Chef de la protection des données et des réponses des clients.
• Traitement des demandes selon SOP HCC et contrats de services.
• Point de contact JJVC pour les événements.
• Déclarations CNOM/ARS pour les événements prévus.

Responsibilities

• Suivre les demandes selon les SOP et signer les documents nécessaires.
• Être l’un des interlocuteurs JJVC pour les questions liées aux événements.

Requirements:

• Main responsibilities managing day-to-day compliance requests/and associated administrative processes.
• Privacy : lead privacy duty regarding mail box and customers replies.
• Administration to include: processing requests in accordance to HCC SOP’s, contracts for fee for services for Health Care Professionals, proof of service follow up and reconciliation.
• Be one of the point of contact of the JJVC team for matters and questions related to events
• Complete declarations to CNOM/ARS for all predicted events
• Ensure all events are declared and all details are in EMT before the event takes place
• Ensure all event supporting documents are received within 15 working days after the event has occurred
• Close the events 2 months after occurrence.
• Support organization of relevant events including compliance declarations.
• Support on development and declaration of simplified conventions
• Lead on EMT : improvement of the process, validation of certain EVENT, validation of attending list, organisation of tasks within the team
• Lead on Congres declaration and process (external and internal)
• Interface and compliance liaison with shared service compliance partners for JJVC France.
• Identification of compliance training needs and ensuring training metrics are met.
• Implement CC trainings; new staff, new SOPs, refreshing, etc.
• Maintain training attendance records.
• Work with the Compliance manager to develop and maintain systems to monitor training and the effectiveness of the compliance program across the business.
• In charge of part of the Monitoring process

Benefits:

The anticipated base pay range for this position is: €36.700,00 - €58.995,00

In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
