We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Commercial Business Coordinator to join our Oncology team in Paris:

Senior Commercial Business Coordinator Paris H / F

This role is pivotal in providing comprehensive administrative support to the Oncology Commercial team and working closely with the Marketing & Field-based Commercial team. If you are organized, proactive, helpful and thrive in a collaborative environment this opportunity is for you.

A Typical Day may include:

  • Coordinating logistics and documentation for key commercial meetings.
  • Managing external funding requests ensuring proper documentation and process flow.
  • Supporting the preparation of key local congresses including hotel bookings, meeting locations, internal assignments, meeting registrations, and coordinating HCP contracting process.
  • Liaising with business functions to complete new vendor requests to support Global Procurement processes.
  • Handling travel arrangements and reconciling expense reports.
  • Project managing commercial activities such as conferences, sponsorships, and customer engagements to ensure timelines and required processes by liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Supporting the development of digital and offline materials and maintaining trackers for the Promotional Review Committee.
  • Assisting with onboarding new vendors and managing internal review processes for HCP engagements.
  • Coordinating and monitoring vendors' activities and associated payments.

  • You have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and expense management systems like Concur.
  • You are highly organized with a keen attention to detail and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • You possess strong project management abilities and can handle tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
  • You are a self-starter who can solve problems and work comfortably in ambiguous situations through effective and professional communication at all levels of the organization.

To Be Considered:

You must have a high school diploma or equivalent experience. A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required. Fluency in French and the ability to work in English comfortably. You should have strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, and be proficient in using computer and phone systems including MS PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Teams.
