Job summary

Ipsen Pharma (SAS) in Paris seeks a Senior CMC Global Project Manager to drive the cross-functional CMC roadmap and coordinate with the Asset Team to deliver strategic CMC plans across assets.

The role partners with the CMC Lead to serve as the central contact for subteams, manage project plans, and ensure timely, on-budget delivery while promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Senior CMC GPM collaborates with the CMC Lead to develop and manage strategic CMC roadmap by driving the cross functional CMC Subteam.
• Serves as central point of contact for the CMC Subteam and Asset Team members and, when necessary, as deputy for the CMC Lead.
• Monitors budgets (internal and external costs) and supports resource management against strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as central operational point of contact for CMC, project subteams and Asset Team members.
• Create and maintain asset CMC roadmap and project plan across functions.
• Define interdependent CMC subteam deliverables aligned with the Global Asset Plan and ensure quality, risk, cost, and time are managed.
• Escalate key issues with mitigation plans and ensure knowledge sharing across teams.
