Job summary

Rexel in Paris is seeking an Infrastructure Manager - Hosting & Cloud to design, implement, and optimize cloud and on-premise hosting infrastructure. You will lead infrastructure teams, drive Azure-based initiatives, and ensure security and governance across platforms.

Responsibilities include cloud migration support, automation via IaC, and maintaining high availability with DR capabilities in a hybrid environment. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or cloud environments.
• Experience managing cloud and hosting environments.
• Experience leading infrastructure or cloud engineering teams.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure in hybrid environments and VMware virtualization.
• Fluent English required.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure environments, primarily on Microsoft Azure.
• Lead infrastructure and cloud engineering teams.
• Ensure security, compliance, and governance (SOC2, ISO 27001, GDPR).
• Support cloud migration initiatives from on-premise to cloud platforms.
• Implement automation and Infrastructure-as-Code solutions.
• Help design scalable and resilient infrastructure architectures.
• Oversee data center & hosting management, uptime, DR, and incident response.
