To support our global business based in Paris, we are looking for a Senior Client Service Manager to join our dynamic organization.

You will join a team of client service managers dedicated to fund distribution services covering all client segments globally across EMEA, focusing on operational excellence and delivering a top-tier client experience.

Responsibilities include collaborating with Operations and Finance to ensure high-quality service and timely delivery, working with global sales and relationship managers to maintain high client satisfaction, and identifying new business opportunities with existing clients.

The position reports to the Head of Client Services, who reports directly to the Chief Commercial Officer of MFEX by Euroclear.

The role

  • Develop a customer service mindset to enhance the customer experience
  • Build collaborative relationships within the group to deliver excellent client service
  • Contribute to improving and enhancing the client service model
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day client servicing and foster long-term relationships
  • Meet customer and internal KPIs and service levels
  • Participate in quarterly and annual client review meetings with senior management
  • Act as a senior contact for escalations
  • Work continuously to improve client experience and service models
  • Support change projects involving multiple stakeholders
  • Identify upselling opportunities and support sales efforts

Your profile

  • 8 to 10 years of experience in a similar role within a global financial services organization
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Good knowledge of fund business and operations
  • Strong networking and collaboration skills
  • Project management capabilities
  • Ability to represent the company externally and promote a customer-centric culture
  • Fluent in English and French, both written and verbal (native or bilingual proficiency preferred)
