The Client Success team is responsible for overall satisfaction and proactive retention of clients through knowledge of their core business and products. It builds long-term client relationships to become a trusted advisor, ensures effective onboarding and training for new clients, maintains a deep understanding of Confluence solutions, and educates clients on relevant features for their business needs. It also represents the voice of the client (issues, feedback, escalation) and provides internal input on product enhancements to better serve customers.
As a Senior Client Success Consultant, you will lead high-impact client relationships and strategic initiatives. You’ll own KPIs, identify growth opportunities, and partner with internal teams to optimize performance and client satisfaction.
We are looking for a highly motivated and independent professional with a strong actuarial background to join our team in Paris. This role requires someone who thrives in client-facing situations, can manage relationships with confidence, and enjoys solving complex problems. Communication is key, as you’ll present insights clearly and collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working autonomously and can handle multiple client accounts with professionalism and care.
