Proactively handle allocated claims to a high standard, including assessment of losses and reserves, and negotiation with counterparties for timely settlements.
Manage large, complex, and disputed claims on behalf of the claims team.
Identify and report new trends or changes in the behaviour of a claims portfolio.
Manage complaint cases within regulatory guidelines.
Collaborate with TPAs to assist with referrals and cases exceeding authority limits.
Experience required:
High level of claims handling technical expertise and consistent delivery of high-quality claims handling.
Understanding of P&C claims, especially from France, along with insurance processes and the end-to-end customer claims process.
Strong knowledge of key terms and conditions in contracts/policies and general legal positions in relevant jurisdictions.
