Senior Civil Project Manager Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee, supervise, and lead a dynamic team to deliver a multitude of private land development projects on-time and on-budget in a manner that exceeds our clients\' expectations.
  • Ability to develop and foster authentic, long-lasting relationships with clients and further develop business opportunities.
  • Prepare written proposals, scopes of work, and budgets.
  • Act as the main point of contact for your clients and be responsible for all project related items.
  • Possess the technical abilities and skills to guide a team of engineers in all aspects of the project.
  • Exceed client expectations through clear communication and execution of the project.
Senior Civil Project Manager Job Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Civil Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license is .
  • 8+ years of experience managing a team of direct reports, managing project, and/or programs.
  • Ability to manage projects/programs independently.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to deliver excellent client service.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office.
