Elliott Wood seeks a Senior Civil Engineer in London to join the Development Infrastructure team, delivering masterplans and enabling works from concept through delivery. You will lead projects focused on drainage, roads, earthworks and utilities across major sectors.

The role requires 8–15 years’ experience, including UK exposure, and offers hybrid work across London Fitzrovia or Wimbledon with a collaborative, award-winning practice.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years' experience delivering building drainage, roads, earthworks and utilities infrastructure projects (with at least 1–2 years in the UK).
• Experience running projects independently from concept through to delivery.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage civil engineering projects from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality outputs.
• Take ownership of project commercial performance including fee forecasting, cost control, invoicing and reporting.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and liaise with clients, local authorities and stakeholders.
• Mentor team members and contribute to professional development.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, ISO 9001/14001 and internal governance.
