Elliott Wood is seeking an Associate Civil Engineer with extensive building drainage experience to join our Development Infrastructure team in London. The role requires delivering roads, drainage, earthworks and utilities across projects, with independence from concept to delivery.

You will work from our hybrid London offices in Fitzrovia or Wimbledon, collaborating with Partners and clients to grow the Civils division and maintain high standards across projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience delivering roads, drainage, earthworks and utilities infrastructure projects.
• At least 1–2 years UK experience on projects.

Responsabilités

• Define Civils division growth strategy with Partners.
• Direct, manage and develop Civil Engineering team and technician support.
• Responsible for financial and technical delivery of Civil Engineering within EWP.
• Develop business and deliver growth of the Civils team.
• Ensure maintenance of controls and quality checks, with regular reporting.
• Liaise with Architects, Clients and other professionals while representing the Practice.
• Present internal seminars on projects, technical issues or updates.
• Underground drainage design for varied projects, from domestic to large sites.
• Pre-planning, drainage strategy and infrastructure advice.
• Storm & foul water attenuation design.
• SUDS techniques and implementation.
• Able to use Micro drainage.
