Catawiki's Coins & Banknotes category seeks a senior commercial leader who can drive growth through market cycles and scale a global business.

You’ll own the long‑term strategy, P&L, and cross‑functional priorities, translating data into clear commercial actions while leading an international expert team and nurturing seller partnerships. This role offers visibility across the organization and the opportunity to shape a historic, treasure-focused marketplace.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in consumer goods markets with market dynamics.
• Experience managing larger teams and multiple direct reports.
• Strong seller/supplier relationship management.
• Senior leadership presence: calm, grounded, decisive.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the long-term growth strategy for Coins & Banknotes.
• Own the P&L and steer revenue, margin, and performance.
• Translate complex data into clear commercial priorities.
• Lead, coach, and develop a large international expert team.
• Create clarity, accountability, and stability within a growing organisation.
• Anticipate and respond to market trends and investment shifts.
• Strengthen the seller pipeline in close partnership with Sales.
• Work cross-functionally to unlock sustainable, long-term growth.
