Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Development: Implement and refactor advanced C++ software responsible for parsing SoC memory map specifications and generating HDL code and documentation.
• Tool Enhancement: Develop, enhance, and maintain EDA tools that translate memory map specs into C libraries, HDL components, and verification libraries.
• Quality Assurance: Write unit tests, debug issues, and support CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaboration: Work closely with software developers, architects, and verification engineers to ensure seamless feature validation and high code quality.
• Documentation: Prepare clear and concise documentation for developed modules.
• Optimisation: Optimise software for performance, scalability, and usability in large-scale SoC design environments.
• Agile Workflow: Participate in agile Kanban processes and utilize modern project tracking tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira).

Required Skills & Experience

- 7+ years of hands-on C++ (C++11 or later) software development experience.

- Proficiency with CMake, Jenkins, and Python.

- Strong foundation in software design patterns, data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.

- Basic understanding of semiconductor design concepts (registers, buses, etc.).

- Interest in microelectronics and a willingness to learn about Hardware Description Languages (HDLs).
