We are excited to offer a unique opportunity to join our team as a Senior Buyer. You will be a part of a team that is driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization with a special focus on Procurement.

This is a truly international role as you’ll be in touch with OCD teams of all countries in our footprint as well as external partners. This role will be responsible for negotiating, and managing contracts for cybersecurity products and services with specific partners, making sure of consistency with operations and compliance with industry standards.

Procurement is a recent global function at Orange Cyberdefense, involved in various initiatives to support business, enhance the company's financial performance and secure legal exposure and overall compliance. The department intends to focus on significant international players to establish a stronger and regular relationship with them.

In this important role, you'll be a part of the Orange Cyberdefense Global Procurement team.

Main missions are the following :

• Develop global procurement relationships with cyber partners
• Negotiate and optimize terms and conditions for all Orange Cyberdefense entities
• Create price pressure towards our partners through Orange Group bargaining power
• Achieve operational benefits and better SLA’s
• Contribute to Gross Margin improvement
• Ensure rebates are regularly monitored, optimized and captured
• Challenge partners to have them evolved their Partnership program towards a more profitable approach for Orange Cyberdefense countries
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Organize and drive regular Business reviews with major vendors to cover operational, financial and contractual dimensions

about you

Experience :

Minimum 6 to 8 years in procurement and B2B sales activities ideally in IT sector or cyber security area.

Qualifications :

• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Proficient in English is a must
• Experience in B2B sales and project management at international level is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively in a diverse and cross-functional team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications :

• 5-year degree in business administration, Management,
• Proven experience (6 to 8 years) in procurement,
• Experience in B2B sales would be appreciated,
• Skills and / or experience in contract management,
• Robust capability in IT tools and analysis as well as synthesis capability,
• Capability to interact in an international and complex environment,
• Experience in the IT or cyber security industry,
• Familiarity with risk management and compliance frameworks.
