Main Responsibilities

1. Set up full supplier selection process
   • Prepare and launch Request for Quotation with suppliers
   • Ensure work package sheet commitments are respected
   • Prepare Business Award
   • Promote the Alstom Code of Ethics and adhere to the highest standards of ethical conduct
   • Coordinate project with all métiers
   • Ensure on-time delivery and quality, especially during the ramp-up phase of the project
2. Support commodity strategy
   • Consolidate commodity needs inputs
   • Participate actively in commodity strategy and panel development
   • Provide inputs to build differentiation
   • Support the Commodity Manager during tender phases, especially in preparing tender commitments
   • Represent commodities in project platforms and solutions
   • Ensure effective teamwork with internal customers and stakeholders in problem-solving
   • Apply the Alstom Procurement process and share experiences
3. Build Supplier relationships
   • Support global supplier panel relationships
   • Manage specific supplier panel relationships, including negotiations and local supplier QCDT performances
   • Measure supplier performance and develop them in coordination with the Supplier Quality Team
   • Assess risky suppliers and manage mitigation plans
   • Address initial issues before escalation to line manager
   • Monitor CSR engagements and deviations
   • Respect Alstom's code of ethics and guidelines
4. Performance measurements
   • Savings, P&L, and Cost to Complete
   • Non-conformities, events, and on-time delivery

Profile

• Master's degree in Engineering or Business
• Experience in international engineering companies
• Creative and analytical mindset
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Synthesis and rigor skills
