The role requires strategic execution in compliance with processes while engaging with suppliers. Candidates should bring over 10 years of experience in procurement within large EPC projects.

Location : Remote with occasional trips to France

Work Pattern : Contract - 12 month rolling

We're recruiting for a Senior Buyer to work for a Renewable Energy company on projects in their Wind portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and Procurement of Direct and Indirect products or services
• Develop and execute procurement strategies to meet business goals and ensure compliance with processes
• Source Suppliers on the market with profiles in line with business needs
• Manage pre-qualification process and final evaluation in cooperation with the contract owner
• Ad hoc travel to identify potential suppliers
• Prepare and manage the RFP / RFQ (request for Proposal / Quotation) process
• Negotiation and Contract Agreement
• Involvement to support Claims until final resolution with external & internal stakeholders

Qualifications

• 10 plus years previous experience in sourcing, buying and procurement on large EPC projects
