Job summary

Tencent Finance is seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to join the Finance IT Management Department. This role acts as a strategic partner between Finance and Technology to design, configure, and optimize enterprise financial systems in a cloud environment.

You will lead requirements discovery, translate business objectives into scalable solutions, manage testing, and support production operations across global finance processes, integrations, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years with enterprise financial or ERP platforms; Workday Financials preferred.
• Strong finance and planning domain knowledge.
• Experience translating requirements into scalable system solutions.
• Experience in end-to-end ERP/cloud transformations.
• Excellent English; Mandarin a plus but not required.
