Job Description:

We are looking for an individual who can:

• Work closely with stakeholders such as AVIV executive team, Pricing, Finance, B2B Marketing, Commercial and Segment Managers, Go to Market Team to understand their needs and provide reporting solutions that fulfill their expectations.
• Support business leaders in identifying the right KPIs to drive business performance.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders clearly and concisely.
• Assist in developing business strategies through data-driven insights and forecasts.
• Lead BI projects, ensuring timely delivery aligned with business goals.
• Handle ad-hoc analysis, reporting, and visualizations for all AVIV brands.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to inform stakeholders.
• Advise the data engineering team on business logic implementation in data transformation processes.
• Act as the spokesperson for internal and external stakeholders.
• Promote a data-driven culture within the company.

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who:

• Has significant experience in data analytics.
• Possesses an advanced analytical mindset with experience uncovering insights, forming hypotheses, evaluating results, and making recommendations.
• Has proven project management experience, capable of prioritizing and guiding teams on data and business objectives.
• Has analytics skills in areas such as:
• Business Intelligence: Experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics engineering.
• Data Warehousing and Data Modeling: Skilled in creating and optimizing data models, collaborating with data engineers.
• Relational databases: Experience with MS SQL Server or similar.
• AWS Athena/Redshift: Familiarity with querying large datasets in S3 using SQL.
• SQL: Proficient in advanced SQL techniques.
• Dashboarding (Tableau): Ability to create interactive dashboards.
• Python: Knowledge is a plus for automation and advanced analyses.
• Has a keen attention to detail and ensures accuracy in analysis and reporting.
• Is solution-oriented and proactive.
• Communicates effectively with international teams; fluency in English is required, French and German are beneficial.
