Deezer is seeking a New Business Development Manager for the EMEA region to build strategic relationships and close opportunities with key partners across sectors such as Hardware, Gaming, Digital Retail, Media, and Telecommunications.

If you're looking to make a significant impact and own the growth of this strategic area, this role is for you.

What you will do:

  • Drive partnerships pipeline: origination, evaluation, negotiation, and execution with industry leaders.
  • Support team leaders in prospecting and originating new opportunities.
  • Pitch innovative business programs to grow partnerships revenues.
  • Maintain sales and deals pipeline using global tools and benchmark against other regions.
  • Manage complex contract negotiations with partners and stakeholders.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders, articulate opportunities, and document progress.
  • Represent Deezer’s values locally, network, and participate in events.

Qualifications

This role is ideal for:

  • 5+ years’ international experience in business development or partnerships in sectors like hardware, gaming, media, retail, or telecom. Consulting background is a plus.
  • A proven track record of leading and closing complex partnerships with large companies.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Analytical and strategic mindset, autonomous work style.
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and energetic approach.
  • Fluent in English, with international and cross-cultural experience.
