Une entreprise de services IT et de conseil cherche un Senior Business Development Manager pour développer son portefeuille clients dans le secteur BFSI à Paris. Le candidat idéal aura plus de 15 ans d'expérience, une connaissance approfondie du secteur et sera en charge de la stratégie commerciale globale. Qualifications

  • Plus de 15 ans d'expérience dans la vente de services et solutions.
  • Compréhension profonde de l'écosystème BFSI en France.
  • Expérience appréciée en vente de solutions offshore.

  • Élaboration et exécution de la stratégie et des plans d'action commerciaux.
  • Responsabilité de développements commerciaux proactifs dans le secteur.

TCS France has delivered double-digit growth for over 5 years supporting customers in digital transformation, Data and cloud journeys.

Reporting to the France Sales Director, the Senior BDM's mission will be to develop our customer portfolio in order to expand our existing footprint in the sector and acquire new customers.

Working closely with our BFSI practice head, our dedicated BFSI Centers of Excellence, and our Delivery teams, he/she will be responsible for:

· The elaboration and execution of the sales strategy and sales action plans within a set of accounts in the sector

· Directly in charge of one perimeter within the sector he/she will be directly accountable for developing business proactively, shape or position TCS on new opportunities / areas. Within this perimeter, he/she will drive throughout the full sales cycle large and strategic deals with the support of the solutions / presales & delivery teams

· Develop its external and internal network by relying on key stakeholders.

After a successful initial period the role should evolve towards a sales management role.

THE PROFILE :

· More than 15 years of experience including 5 years in a similar position in the sales of services AND solutions

· Deep understanding of the French BFSI ecosystem and established network at CIO level within the majors banks (BNPP, CA, SocGen).

· Developed commercial fiber and ability to identify deals and to shape opportunities

· Ability to define a sales strategy and actually execute it

· Appreciated experience in the sale of offshore solutions/ services

· Ability to understand and challenge clients' business priorities as well as the application of digital technologies to support the clients’ strategy

· Broad technological culture : Application solutions, Infrastructure, Data, Cloud...

· Previous experience in Delivery appreciated

· Fluent English and French
