About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced and strategicSenior Business Development Executive with deep expertise in theProduct Lifecycle Management (PLM) Test Automation domain. This role is ideal for a driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment and has a proven track record of identifying and developing high-value opportunities in the PLM space. The role will develop and execute on our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for our AI-driven Software Test Automation solutions for end-to-end testing of PLM Software and connected applications in various Keysight industries and market segments. Responsibilities Strategic Growth : Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the PLM software market across targeted industries (e.g., manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, and defence. Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, engineering leaders, and IT decision-makers to understand their PLM needs and challenges. Solution Selling : Collaborate with technical teams to tailor PLM solutions that align with client requirements, demonstrating ROI and long-term value. Market Intelligence : Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform strategic planning and product positioning. Partnership Development : Establish and nurture strategic alliances with technology partners, system integrators, and channel partners. Sales Enablement : Support the creation of compelling proposals, presentations, and demos that effectively communicate the value of our PLM testing offerings. Pipeline Management : Maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely reporting. Qualifications Required Qualifications : Seniority : Several years of industrial experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships PLM Expertise : Strong hands-on experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software such as Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, Dassault ENOVIA, or similar platforms. Strategic Sales Acumen : Demonstrated ability to lead complex solution sales, build strategic relationships, and drive business growth in technology-driven environments. Industry Insight : Solid understanding of PLM processes and the product development lifecycle, particularly in sectors like manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, or defense. Communication Skills : Confident communicator with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite and technical teams. Tech Fluency : Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and PLM-related applications. Education : Degree in Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or a related field Desired Qualifications : Consulting or SI Background : Familiarity with the role of system integrators (SIs) in the PLM ecosystem. Innovation Mindset : Exposure to AI-driven software testing, CAD integration, or digital thread / digital twin concepts.
