Sogeti is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to help drive Data/AI initiatives. You will analyze use cases and translate requirements into robust technical solutions, acting as a bridge between business and IT teams.

Responsibilities include facilitating workshops, defining scope, drafting specifications, designing tests, and supporting UAT and post-deployment stability. Fluency in French and English is required, with 5+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• 5+ years’ professional experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar.
• Experience translating business needs into clear, structured functional and technical solutions.

• Analysis use cases and of business requirements, and translation into technical solutions in relation with Data / AI initiatives.
• Facilitation of Data / AI workshops with business stakeholders.
• Definition of the functional scope and drafting of specifications.
• Design and validation of test plans.
• Support to business users during UAT.
• Post-deployment support to ensure solution stability.
• Acting as a bridge between business and IT teams with clear documentation.

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar.
• Proven experience in analysing business requirements and translating business needs into clear, structured functional and technical solutions.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex data and systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate workshops, particularly around Data and AI use cases, engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between business and IT teams.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach and adaptability to change.
• Fluency in both French and English.
