Sogeti is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to engage with stakeholders, refine business requirements, and drive digital transformation initiatives. You will facilitate discovery sessions, document needs, and align business objectives with technical delivery across Agile teams.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of Business Analysis experience, strong communication, and familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online and Power Platform. French language skills are a plus.

• Drive stakeholder engagement and support change management activities.
• Contribute to governance frameworks, standards and best practices.
• Work within Agile delivery teams, participating in sprint planning, refinement and review sessions.

YOUR PROFILE

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with significant exposure to enterprise digital transformation projects
• Experience working with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions
• Strong analytical, documentation and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical audiences
• Experience in change management and user adoption initiatives is highly desirable
• Fluency in English is required and a good command in French is an asset
