Description :
Advise, negotiate, and oversee the management of large to jumbo broking transactions.
Utilize in-depth knowledge of client industries to analyze risks and develop innovative solutions for complex client issues, effectively communicating the value of these approaches to clients.
Generate new clients and lead the design of programs that provide significant value.
Establish high-level client relationships through meetings, demonstrating advanced professional skills to drive revenue growth within a region, large office, or specialty area.
Respond to complex client queries and concerns from senior-level clients, resolving issues promptly with support from experienced brokers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers, reinsurers, clients, colleagues, and other OpCos, utilizing specialists to ensure world-class solutions are delivered.
Participate in revenue and budget processes with the management team.
Serve as an industry thought leader, contributing to the firm's knowledge base through active internal and external communication.
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of coverage lines, markets, and specialized products, staying updated on market conditions.
Evaluate and clarify contract documents, bond forms, banking terms, and conditions.
Advise clients on the terms and conditions of the General Agreement of Indemnity required for surety transactions.
Assess financial statements across industries, applying industry-specific financial metrics.
