As part of the Design Studio, you will be responsible for bringing Qonto's brand visuals to life and driving high engagement in a multicultural environment.
As a Senior Brand Designer at Qonto, you will:
- Manage event design projects end-to-end: from concept to delivery, creating comprehensive brand narratives including teasers, booth designs, activation, merchandising, flyers, and post-event communications;
- Cross-coordinate with local marketing stakeholders: across our eight markets, supporting event and content managers to understand their specific needs and deliver tailored solutions;
- Nourish your creative thinking: by conducting market research and benchmarking, creating solution catalogs to support design trade-offs and ensure alignment with business objectives;
- Contribute to continuously improving our design system: library and standards, helping to step up in quality and scale solutions across all markets and assets.
What you can expect:
- Join a dynamic design team of seven talented professionals deeply involved in creating visual assets for local marketing initiatives, particularly for events that generate brand awareness and support lead generation.
- Work with true brand specialists.
- Embrace ownership and teamwork as each team member independently manages their projects and stakeholder relationships, with the freedom to bring their creative approach to design projects, focusing on storytelling and concept creation.
- Work hand in hand with a variety of profiles and expertise internally, including System Designers, Copywriters, Product Marketing Managers as well as externally with content creator agencies, influencers, video production companies, interior architect firms for booth design and more.
- Push the craft beyond traditional boundaries with AI and achieve new heights of creativity.
About You:
- Visual design expertise & language skills: With more than four years in a multidisciplinary design field, you have strong technical skills, can craft high-quality assets that align with brand guidelines, and are fluent in English to engage with all international team members.
- Creative storytelling: You have a strong ability to convert complex ideas into compelling visual concepts, with experience creating narratives across digital and physical brand touchpoints.
- Event design experience: You've worked on designing materials for events, understanding how to create cohesive visual experiences from pre-event teasers to on-site materials and post-event communications.
- Stakeholder management: You excel at working with diverse stakeholders and can effectively manage relationships with teams across multiple markets.
- Nice to have: Proficiency in German and skills in Artificial Intelligence.
